Summer Plan of Awesome.

  • Stay Nutrimirror green
  • Gym it up 5-6 days a week (goal is everyday and switch it up but just in case of things happening, 6 sounds good to me)
  • Keep positive
  • Cook really good new foods
  • Look hot by fall semester

gained about 4lbs over the break.

thats what happens when you go on break and you’re traveling for 12 hours at a time. :( oh and munchies >.<. 

and i’ve been taking glucosamine and i’ve been constipated. (TMI, whatev) so yea. working out and sticking very close to nutrimirror these days. i can get past this. i know i can. :)
