- Stay Nutrimirror green
- Gym it up 5-6 days a week (goal is everyday and switch it up but just in case of things happening, 6 sounds good to me)
- Keep positive
- Cook really good new foods
- Look hot by fall semester
i’m already down 2 pounds since i started at the gym on Monday :))
thats what happens when you go on break and you’re traveling for 12 hours at a time. :( oh and munchies >.<.
and i’ve been taking glucosamine and i’ve been constipated. (TMI, whatev) so yea. working out and sticking very close to nutrimirror these days. i can get past this. i know i can. :)
but i’m still logging!! Is anyone else using nutrimirror?
